This is Tokimitsu's special course, where you can enjoy seafood of the highest quality and taste at that time, as well as premium Wagyu beef to your heart's content.

The menu includes Tokimitsu's motsunabe as the main dish, as well as a "fresh fish platter" carefully selected according to the season and the availability of the day, including the chef's speciality, sesame mackerel. The menu also includes a "3 kinds of sashimi platter of premium cuts" and a "charcoal-grilled assortment of premium cuts" carefully selected for the day.

In addition, Tokumitsu's special dish uses specially selected seafood such as sea urchin, salmon roe, and abalone, which are carefully selected for their origin, preservation method, and condition, as well as rare, premium grade Sendai beef black tongue and Chateaubriand.
