The set menu consists of eight dishes: fresh seasonal fish sashimi, two types of sashimi made from today's special cuts, charcoal-grilled today's super special cuts, shabu-shabu (three kinds of meat), dessert, rice porridge, and coffee (Torimitu original Geisha blend).This "Shabu-shabu course" allows you to fully experience Tokimitsu's commitment, which includes generous amounts of premium beef and offal from selected female cows from Sendai, Yonezawa, and Yamagata beef, as well as a two-hour all-you-can-drink course.

Course menu

This "Shabu-shabu course" allows you to fully experience "Riko's commitment" by using three types of shabu-shabu meat from premium black-haired Japanese beef cows and plenty of offal.

In addition to Tokimitsu's motsunabe as the main dish, we also offer fresh seasonal fish sashimi, such as the owner's speciality, sesame mackerel, as well as sashimi and charcoal-grilled beef cuts carefully selected based on the condition of the meat on that day.

The final dish of the hot pot is a rice porridge set made with rice blended specially for Tomitsu by Hachidaime Gibei, one of Kyoto's leading rice specialists.

To conclude the course, the owner will serve Tokimitsu's original Geisha blend, which he created after much trial and error and tasting, working with Onioi, a key figure in the Kyoto coffee world and a close friend of his, to determine the blend ratio, roasting degree of each bean, and extraction temperature.
