The meal consists of eight dishes in total: fresh seasonal fish sashimi, two types of beef sashimi made from today's special cut, charcoal-grilled today's special cut, specially selected Japanese black beef sukiyaki, rice porridge, dessert, and coffee (Torimitu original Geisha blend).The "Sukiyaki Course" allows you to fully experience "Riko's Commitment" by using generous amounts of beef and offal from premium-grade Japanese beef cows, such as Sendai Beef, Yonezawa Beef, and Kobe Beef.

The "Sukiyaki Course" allows you to fully experience Tokimitsu's commitment, using an abundance of beef and offal from premium-grade Japanese beef, including Kobe Beef, Omi Beef, Sendai Beef, and Yonezawa Beef.
In addition to Tokimitsu's motsunabe as the main dish, we also offer fresh seasonal fish sashimi, such as the owner's speciality, sesame mackerel, as well as sashimi and charcoal-grilled beef cuts carefully selected based on the condition of the meat on that day.
The final dish of the hot pot is a rice porridge set made with rice blended specially for Tomitsu by Hachidaime Gibei, one of Kyoto's leading rice specialists.
To conclude the course, the owner will serve Tokimitsu's original Geisha blend, which he created after much trial and error and tasting, working with Onioi, a key figure in the Kyoto coffee world and a close friend of his, to determine the blend ratio, roasting degree of each bean, and extraction temperature.
